|Recommended: YesGreat Community To Live — Moved in about 2 weeks ago but have been apart of this community for many years with my husbands family. Nice clean grounds, friendly staff, nice play area for kids big and small. Homes are cozy but they could use some updating. Parking isn't an issue, if you don't have a parking pass then expect to have your car towed. Legit security helps keep the community safe day night. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. Overall it's a great community to live in.

|Recommended: YesThe Great Family Community Of Cypress Terrace Apartments — Cypress Terrace is a great family oriented community. In the few years that I have lived here, the quality has always been great. Cypress Terrace is great at creating community atmosphere especially around the holidays. In the few times when bad experiences have happened, the management has always done their best to fix the problems and do so in a timely manner and all of the staff is very friendly. Another plus is the access given to the amenities on site. The clubhouse is great for hosting intimate gatherings while still giving is that home feel. There is 24 hour access to the gym and the wash room is great for anyone with a crazy schedule like myself. Overall I have enjoyed living here at Cypress Terrace.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful, Quiet, And Well-Run Complex — I love being a part of this community. First of all, the management team knows how to run this place, always keeping things fixed, manicured, and clean. Issues are resolved quickly. The unit itself is quaint and comfortable, and reasonably updated. Noise level is almost nothing and the residents here are pretty friendly. There are lots of amenities for resident use. I could not feel more at home

|Recommended: YesVery Happy Cypress Terrance — We've lived here about 3 years now, and problems are address always in a timely manner. Office staff are professional, helpful and positive. Baudi is a great problem solver and treats people with respect and a smile
|Recommended: YesComfy Community, Great For Families — It's a comfortable community to live in. The landscaping here always gets great compliments from visitors. Management is nice and professional. The only thing is that for what we're paying for a one bedroom,we could get a nicer apartment. The inside is very out dated. I feel like we pay for the beauty of the outside. Overall, I like the community.
