|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live With Awesome Management Team — I've been living at Cypress Terrace for 7 years until now and couldn't be happier about their lovable environment and wonderful management team. Every time when there is a need for maintenance work, they always took care of it very efficiently and the work performed were always above and beyond my satisfaction. I'll definitely recommend this place to everyone.

|Recommended: YesAwesome Place To Live, Esp. Schools On Every Level R Walking Distance. Close To Freeway. — Employees here r awesome n helpful, esp the grounds lady, forgive me I forgot ur name. Just one warning, no matter how long u live here u too can b given 60 day notice without a reason. All n all I recommend Cypress Terrace Apartments as ur next home.

|Recommended: YesGreat Community, Great Apartments — It's a relatively quiet place to live - you can hear neighbors turning on their showers and stuff, but you can't really hear any other noises. Very friendly towards dogs, which is great. The apartments are spacious and have plenty of storage. Well maintained, great landscaping. Maintenance is pretty quick if it's a high priority problem. Overall, it's a really nice place to live. Probably one of the best apartments I've lived in.
|Recommended: YesI Enjoy Leaving Here — I tell them that its great, I love the staff, I'm much more comfortable here than I was at my other apartment, its a lot more quiet, clean, the neighbors are quiet.

The office staff is very helpful answering any problem in your house or use of there computer room,gym,or loading laundry cards special thanks to Baudelia aguilar community manager and Jill tolar always doing everything they can to solve any situation with a great actittude it takes all this great people to make this place my HOME thank you again
